Which engagement model should I choose?

Are the listed prices final?
Developer On Demand package prices are fixed for the selected number of hours.
Project, maintenance and audit prices are starting prices. The final cost depends on the website’s complexity, condition and requirements.
You will receive a written proposal before making a commitment.
What happens to unused monthly hours?
You can carry over up to 50% of your monthly allowance.
Carried-over hours remain available for 60 days. The oldest available hours are used first.
Hours exceeding the rollover allowance expire at the end of the relevant billing period.
How long are prepaid hours valid?
Prepaid hours are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
They do not reserve recurring development capacity. We confirm current availability before you purchase a package.
Can we purchase additional hours?
Yes. You can purchase additional prepaid hours or upgrade your monthly plan at any time.
Additional work is always estimated before development begins.
How are hours tracked?
We track time against individual tasks and provide access to clear reports.
Development, design and QA time is deducted from the selected package unless a proposal states otherwise.
We provide an estimate before starting each task.
What does the critical response time mean?
Response time means acknowledgement of the incident and an initial technical assessment.
It does not guarantee that the issue will be fully resolved within the response period. Resolution time depends on the cause, website access and involvement of third-party providers.
How quickly can you start?
Monthly Developer On Demand plans can usually begin within 4-6 business days.
Prepaid work is scheduled according to current availability.
Fixed-price project availability depends on project size and our current delivery schedule.
Who will work on our project?
Your work will be handled by experienced WordPress specialists.
Depending on the requirements, we may involve a WordPress developer, WooCommerce specialist, designer, QA specialist or technical project lead.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Yes. We regularly take over existing WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
For complex, undocumented or unstable codebases, we may recommend a technical audit before starting development.
Is design included in the project price?
Design is included when it appears in the agreed project scope.
If you already have approved Figma designs, we can prepare a development-only estimate.
Copywriting, photography, illustration and extensive content production are quoted separately.
Can we cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Fixed-price projects follow the payment and cancellation schedule defined in the project agreement.
Is VAT included?
All prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
