IMADO Location Engine

One platform. Every location. Zero copy-paste chaos

A proven WordPress architecture for businesses running multiple venues, locations or brands – built and refined over years of running multi-location platforms for leisure groups across Europe. Every location consistent, every location ranking locally, and a new location live in days, not weeks.

Powering 80+ venues across Europe

Trusted by leading leisure brands

Running one website is easy. Running twelve is a different job

  • Every location updates its prices, hours and events separately – and half of them are always out of date.
  • Opening a new venue means weeks of agency work before the page even goes live.
  • Head office changes the offer; three locations never get the memo. Your brand looks different in every city.
  • Local SEO is done by hand, for one location, once – the rest never rank.
  • One plugin update breaks something, somewhere, and you find out from a customer.

The Location Engine exists because we ran into every one of these problems on real platforms – and solved them once, properly, so you don’t have to solve them twelve times.

A new location goes live in days, not weeks

Adding location shouldn’t cost as much as building location. With the Engine, a new venue launches from a proven blueprint: pages, local data, booking, schema and navigation – configured, not rebuilt. Your team fills in the local details; the platform does the rest.

What’s inside

Not a template. Not a page builder. A production-tested architecture we deploy and tailor to your brand.

Location data, managed once

Prices, opening hours, attractions, events, promotional banners — every location’s data lives in one structured place and loads dynamically across the site. Change it once; every page that uses it updates instantly.

Native Roller integration

Ticketing, sessions and bookings connected directly to your pages — built on years of hands-on Roller work for leisure venues. Availability and pricing stay in sync; customers book without leaving the flow.

Local SEO, per location, by default

Every venue gets its own LocalBusiness schema, location pages structured to rank in its city, and clean URLs per market. Local visibility stops depending on someone remembering to do it.

Central brand, local flexibility

Shared design system and content blocks keep every location on-brand. Local managers edit what’s local — hours, events, team — and can’t break what’s global.

One dashboard for all locations

Add, edit or retire locations from a single admin panel. Roles and permissions decide who touches what: head office controls the brand, venues control their details.

Built to be
maintained

Native WordPress (Gutenberg/ACF), version-controlled, staging-tested updates, no page-builder lock-in. The same engineering standards as everything we ship.

Every feature your locations need – out of the box

The Engine ships with the features multi-location businesses keep rebuilding from scratch. You configure them; we’ve already engineered them.

For your guests

Find the right venue,
fast

Nearest location finder

Guests search by postcode or use their current location; the right venue, one tap away.

All locations on one map

Interactive Google Map with every venue, opening status and quick actions.

Directions & opening hours

Always current, synced from the location’s data, never buried in a PDF.

Per-location pricing & offers

Every venue shows its own prices and promotions; guests pick their location once and the whole site follows.

For your content team

Write once, publish everywhere

One attractions library

Describe an attraction once, publish it at every venue that has it. Update once, updated everywhere.

Per-location content control

Each venue can customize its pages within brand rules: local team, local events, local photos.

Blog & news

Network-wide stories or venue-specific announcements, from the same editor.

Location popups & banners

Campaign messages targeted to a single venue or the whole network.

For head office

Structure that scales with you

Multiple brands, one panel

Run several brands from a single admin, even when each looks completely different. One login, one workflow, every brand.

Roles & permissions

Head office owns the brand and structure; venue managers edit only their location.

New location blueprint

Every new venue launches from a proven template: pages, data, booking, schema included.

Leisure

Who it’s for

Ideal for:

  • Leisure & entertainment groups- trampoline parks, climbing gyms, play centres, escape rooms running 3+ venues (this is where the Engine was born)
  • Franchises & multi-location services – clinics, fitness chains, dealerships, food concepts
  • Multi-brand groups – one company, several brands, shared infrastructure

Probably not for you if:

  • you run a single location and just need a great website (we do that too – WordPress development)
  • you need a quick brochure site with no local data, booking or growth plans
  • each location must have a completely different design and platform (then there’s nothing to share – and no Engine to benefit from)

Investment

We adapt to your project size, delivery needs, and internal resources – offering three collaboration models that ensure transparency, predictability, and control.

Setup

Predictable scope, guaranteed delivery.

Every rollout is scoped individually — the price depends on the number of locations, integrations and the amount of custom design.

Typical implementations go live in 6-10 weeks. The first locations are included in setup; each additional location costs a fraction of the first.

Platform Care – monthly plan, scoped to your platform

The Engine is a living platform, and every deployment includes a care plan covering:

  • Maintenance – staging-tested updates across all locations, backup verification, security monitoring
  • Monitoring – uptime, performance (Core Web Vitals) and booking-flow checks, so issues surface before customers find them
  • Continuous development — a monthly block of senior engineering hours for improvements, new features and campaign support
  • New locations – launching venue #11 (and #12, and #13) is part of the plan, not a new project

Start with clarity

After a scoping call, you’ll receive a fixed setup quote and a Platform Care proposal within 5 business days. No obligation, no pressure – and an honest “this isn’t for you” if it isn’t.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about IMADO Location Engine

Is this WordPress multisite?

Usually – but not always. Multisite fits multi-brand and multi-market setups; a single site with structured location data fits simpler chains better. We recommend the right architecture on the scoping call and explain why, in plain language.

We already have websites. Do we start from scratch?

No. We migrate your content, SEO equity (URLs, redirects, rankings) and integrations into the Engine. Most clients treat it as consolidation, not a rebuild – several scattered sites become one platform.

Who adds new locations – you or us?

Either. Most clients have us launch new venues as part of Platform Care; some prefer their team to do it using the location dashboard. Both paths are supported by design.

We use Roller. How deep does the integration go?

Sessions, ticketing, pricing and availability connected to your location pages — customers book in the flow instead of being bounced to a separate system. We’ve worked with Roller on production leisure platforms for years, so edge cases (peak traffic, campaigns, school holidays) are already accounted for.

We don’t use Roller. Is the Engine still relevant?

Yes. Roller is the deepest integration because of where the Engine was born, but the location-data layer works with other booking and ticketing systems – we’ll assess yours on the call.

What if we have 40 locations?

Even better – the Engine’s economics improve with scale. Large rollouts are phased: core platform first, then locations in batches, so you see results before the full migration is done.

Who owns the website?

You own your site: content, design, data and the custom layer built for you. The Engine’s core architecture remains ours, licensed to you – which is exactly what lets us keep improving it for every client on the platform. Full terms are part of the proposal.

Tell us how many locations you run

We’ll show you the Engine on a live platform, recommend the right architecture for your setup, and send a fixed quote within 5 business days.
